Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies
- Author quarterly trend reports published in industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging AI and biotech applications
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and synthetic biology
- Track record of influencing organizational strategy through futures analysis
- Certification in Technology Foresight (preferred)
