Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and market adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Produce trend reports and predictive models using AI-driven analytics and qualitative research
- Advise executive leadership on innovation investments and technology adoption strategies
- Design pilot programs for futuristic solutions (e.g., quantum applications, neural interfaces)
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
