Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts

- Produce executive trend reports with predictive analytics
- Design future-state business models and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging opportunities
- Present findings to board members and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
