Responsibilities

- Develop foresight methodologies and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions aligned with predicted future states
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor startups for early signals
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis, scenario planning, or strategic foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on innovation strategy and disruption
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
