Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology adoption
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive innovation patterns
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advocate for ethical AI and sustainable business practices
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ impact projects
