Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and trend reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotechnology, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
