Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Produce forward-looking reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making

- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful market strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
