Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for technological evolution through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping emerging trends to business opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' report for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical guidelines for emerging technology deployment
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry platforms
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
