Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work implications and automation ethics
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across 15+ industry verticals
- Mentor junior futurists while building external partnerships with research institutes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend databases
- Published whitepapers on exponential technologies or societal tipping points
- Cross-cultural analysis experience with APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
