Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders across 5+ industry verticals
- Produce quarterly innovation briefs on disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Design and implement experimental prototyping initiatives for future business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial applications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Deep knowledge of 2026-2030 technology adoption curves
