You'll have direct access to C-suite executives and influence multi-billion-dollar decisions while working in our state-of-the-art facility overlooking the San Francisco Bay.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Produce thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as 2026 innovation pioneer
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent acquisition
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFS) required
