Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-cultural trends to develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive presentations on future scenarios and their strategic implications
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough concepts aligned with long-term market evolution
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models to assess future market opportunities and risks
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
