- Design strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proof initiatives
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' synthesifying 200+ data points into actionable forecasts
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and market disruption
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry evolution trends
