Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Integrate foresight into product development and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience developing strategic scenarios for 2026+ timelines
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
