As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify paradigm shifts, anticipate societal transformations, and translate foresight into actionable strategies. You'll lead horizon scanning initiatives and pioneer methodologies for navigating uncertainty in an exponentially changing world.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for scenario planning and risk mitigation in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for executive decision-making
- Architect product roadmaps integrating 3-5 year technological and societal projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy and innovation
