Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to inform 2026+ strategic vision
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for business continuity and competitive advantage in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data-driven reports
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture cutting-edge insights
- Design and implement horizon scanning systems for early identification of disruptive forces
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent advanced degree in foresight, economics, or systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
- Mastery of strategic frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Scenario Planning) and analytical tools
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
