Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies and market trends through 2030
- Develop and present strategic scenarios, roadmaps, and innovation frameworks for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to align future-focused initiatives with business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations on future-shaping developments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to access cutting-edge research
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data-driven forecasting models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
