Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies to business opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies across global markets
- Partner with R&D to validate future-state concepts and accelerate prototyping
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic shifts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Deep understanding of global megatrends impacting 2026+ landscapes
