- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on future risks/opportunities
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with long-term societal and technological shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor teams in adaptive thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging tech analysis and trend forecasting
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future trends or disruption analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented
