Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify high-impact future states and risk vectors
- Design innovation pipelines translating foresight insights into tangible business opportunities
- Present strategic narratives to stakeholders across technical, financial, and operational domains
- Establish global networks of futurists and industry experts for trend intelligence
- Guide organizational adaptation to exponential change through policy and culture initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner Program)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful future-oriented strategy implementations
