Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for megatrends like quantum computing adoption and climate resilience
- Produce executive-level reports translating complex futures research into boardroom-ready strategic recommendations
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and media engagements
- Curate an expert network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors for collaborative intelligence
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Oversee the development of our annual FutureState Index benchmarking tool
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and quantitative trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, clean energy)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) or equivalent professional designation
