- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions and market-ready products
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive cultural transformation to embed futuristic thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional track record of leading large-scale transformation projects in tech/industries
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Outstanding presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences
