Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to map 2026+ impact landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Author predictive whitepapers published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Design and implement horizon-scanning systems for emerging threats/opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 markets
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership at global forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or global policy institutions
- Published author on disruptive technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, GigaOm)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 predictive accuracy (≥85%)
- Fluency in 3+ languages with cross-cultural negotiation expertise
