- Mentor 8+ junior strategists in futures methodologies
- Present findings to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
