Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop and publish technology roadmaps targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Design and validate experimental prototypes using cutting-edge development frameworks
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align strategic initiatives with emerging capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption scenarios
- Manage innovation sprints integrating blockchain, IoT, and neural interfaces
- Represent company at global tech forums and academic symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
