Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum neural networks and autonomous ethical AI frameworks
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging sociological trends and regulatory landscapes
- Design and implement prototype systems in our cutting-edge Quantum-Silicon hybrid labs
- Present future-vision whitepapers at global forums like Davos and Web Summit
- Mentor junior researchers in future-proof development methodologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through our venture incubator
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years applied research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, AI ethics frameworks, or decentralized consensus protocols
- Experience leading international research teams across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to secure grants from NSF, DARPA, or equivalent innovation bodies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ commercialized technologies with global impact
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and quantum circuit design languages
