Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies including scenario planning and horizon scanning
