Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive technologies into product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and market implications of emerging tech
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with venture capital team to identify promising startups for acquisition
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include examples in resume)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in trend forecasting models
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or frequent speaker at tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
