Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial offerings
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Represent the company at global technology foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level narratives
