As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and strategic investments in technologies that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast industry disruptions and opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging tech
- Author thought leadership publications and trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic impact
