Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable business models with ROI projections
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Develop patent strategies for emerging technological domains
- Create scenario models for long-term technology adoption impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology or futures journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
