Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate organizational future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio published on future technology scenarios (TED Talks, patents, or white papers)
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venture arms
