Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on emerging tech (AI/quantum/bio)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture or equivalent
