You'll influence product development cycles, identify market opportunities, and translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and forecast market impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product portfolios aligned with 2030 vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior strategists on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record predicting technological disruptions (3+ validated forecasts)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
