Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for deploying autonomous systems and biometric tech
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like Gartner Horizon Scenarios
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for futuristic projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-tech initiatives
