- Lead scenario planning initiatives to anticipate market shifts and competitive disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Produce annual 'Future Tech' impact reports for investors and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in technology foresight or strategic innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
