Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) and assess their commercial viability for 2026 market readiness
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen tech stacks with sustainable business models
- Facilitate innovation workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through agile development cycles
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 digital ecosystems
- Build and lead a specialized task force focused on ethical tech deployment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching products/services anticipating future market needs (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies across domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for experimental tech initiatives
