Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable generative AI pipelines and large-scale model training infrastructures.
- Research and integrate novel deep learning architectures, including transformers and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced AI methodologies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT) in production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
