Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business vision.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems capable of handling high-concurrency global demands.
- Drive the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core workflows to enhance product intelligence.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to prototype and validate futuristic user experiences.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, encouraging experimentation with bleeding-edge tools.
- Manage a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, ensuring technical excellence and mentorship.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable software products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to anticipate industry trends for 2026 and beyond.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Masterâs preferred).
