Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology & Business Strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) with high market potential.
- Lead high-level scenario planning to prepare the organization for disruptive market shifts.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype future-proof solutions.
- Present strategic vision to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Manage a budget for innovation pilots and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or managing long-term roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, particularly in the AI or data sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the US market with a focus on scalable technology solutions.
