Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Manage ticketing system with SLA adherence and detailed documentation
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Conduct user training on cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers on escalated technical challenges
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses
Qualifications
- 2+ years of enterprise-level help desk experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
