Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and track incoming IT support tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) to ensure SLA compliance.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security scans to protect company assets.
- Assist in the deployment of new equipment and software rollouts to end-users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and participate in root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting hardware peripherals.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Atlanta location.
