Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage and track incoming IT support tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security scans to protect company assets.
  • Assist in the deployment of new equipment and software rollouts to end-users.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and participate in root cause analysis.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting hardware peripherals.
