Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve user problems with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud applications
- Manage incident tickets using ServiceNow and document resolutions in knowledge base
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Conduct new employee onboarding for IT equipment and systems
- Maintain asset inventory and perform routine maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT help desk or technical support role
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems preferred
