Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for 200+ users
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset management in ITSM systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex escalations
- Conduct user training on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT help desk or technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site support
