Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity
- Manage ticket lifecycle in ServiceNow with SLA compliance
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of incidents and solutions
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct user training on security best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT help desk support
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and remote desktop protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
