Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure
- Provide remote and on-site support for hardware/software installations and configurations
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset updates in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and new technology implementations
- Collaborate with network and security teams on system upgrades and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in help desk or technical support role
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent IT certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and remote support tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents simultaneously
