Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Manage IT service tickets using Jira/ServiceNow with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Document solutions in knowledge base for team-wide access
- Collaborate with network/security teams on complex incidents
- Conduct user training on IT security best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware/network diagnostics
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticket management systems
