Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Manage and track all IT service tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security compliance checks.

Qualifications
