Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and application malfunctions
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the IT service management system
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and network devices
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure team on complex system issues
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of help desk or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
