Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset changes in ITSM systems
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and software applications
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT help desk or technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/network troubleshooting
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional site visits
